Ex-KITTIE Bassist TALENA ATFIELD To Perform With AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT

Former KITTIE guitarist Fallon Bowman will be joined by fellow ex-KITTIE member Talena Atfield (bass) during the upcoming live appearances by Bowman's solo project AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT.

AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT will make their live debut on July 17 at The Vatikan in Toronto, Canada. A follow-up gig on August 21 at the same venue has also been scheduled.

AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT released their self-financed debut album, "District 6", in May 2003. The group's sound is being described as a dancey, industrial "fusion [of] MINISTRY's 'The Land of Rape and Honey''s weirdness and KMFDM's 'Adios'' ferocity,' with a touch of VNV NATION's 'Empires'' more melodic vibe."

"District 6" features a guest appearance by Atfield.
